Hosting an event- 'Build Day: Agent Harness & Memory' in collab with Build Club x Mem0. A full day on the parts of agentic AI, agent harness and memory yap.

Because the bottleneck right now isn't the model.

It's the harness and the memory: the loop your agent runs in, the tools it reaches, the context you feed it every turn, and whether any of that survives a restart.

So we're spending a whole day building exactly that.

2. Live build walkthroughs ' harness + memory, in real code walkthrough/workshops, no slides
3. Build sprint ' extend a walkthrough, bring your own project, or grab a bounty off the board. Sit together and BUILD
4. Demos ' 5 min each, show what you shipped
